Coaching Staff

Mike and Sarah Roush will be coaching the team(s). We each have 25 plus years of experience coaching volleyball and have produced several championship teams. We have 16 players from our Magic Program playing at the collegiate level both in 2- and 4-year schools.

We are former CYO, junior high and high school coaches and had played competitive volleyball for 10 years before transitioning to coaching full time. Magic VBC has been in existence for over 16 years. 

Magic’s philosophy is about creating an environment where young athletes learn teamwork, good sportsmanship, respect, and work/practice ethics while learning the technical and tactical aspects of the game. The coaching staff is committed to this team for the duration of their high school careers.
